Weekly Rates
Saturday - Saturday

Booking Conditions

Check in: After 16.00 PM
Check-out: Before 10.00 AM
Early check-in and late check-out available upon request and subject to availability.
Minimum stay: 1 week ( saturday - saturday)
Cleaning fee: €300
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 1 month before arrival.
A security deposit of €1,100 is mandatory and follows the same payment schedule. This deposit will be refunded within 1 week after check-out, provided there is no significant damage to the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival:
50% non refundable
Cancellation below 30 days before arrival:
100% non refundable
General Terms and Conditions
Pets are not allowed
Parties are not permitted
Smoking inside the house is prohibited (smoke detectors are installed)
Family friendly
High chair and baby cot available.
Additional weekly cleaning service available at an extra charge.
Private chef or pizza chef service available for themed evenings at an extra charge.
